Autumn Skate Fest Entry Form for 2007
All USFSA skaters who are are full members are eligible to compete. Eligibility will be based on skill level as of
September 26, 2007. All passed no higher than the Pre Juvenile free skating test and are currently enrolled in either a
Basic Skills program or are full members are eligible to compete. Eligibility will be based on skill level as of
September 26, 2007. All Snowplow Sam and Basic Skills skaters through Basic 8 must skate at highest level
passed. Skaters in other may skate at highest level passed OR one level higher BUT not less than highest level
passed. Skaters must compete at the same

level in compulsory and freeskate, if entering both events. Entering a second event is optional.  Due to U.S. Figure
Skating sanction, the Pre Juvenile restriction for Basic Skills does not apply.

ENTRIES – All entries must be postmarked (metered postmarks are not valid) no later than September 26, 2007, the
closing date. Late entries will only be accepted if approved by the LOC and Referee. Be sure to have the entry form
signed by your coach or Skating School Director as well as a parent or guardian. Entry fees are per person, U.S.
dollars.  The first event is $40.00 and each additional event is $20.00. No refunds after the closing date unless the
event is canceled by organizers. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks and skater will not be allowed on the
ice until covered.
ENTRY FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY and returned with self-addressed stamped envelope and
fee check. If a return envelope is not included, the skater will be assessed a $1 postage and handling fee for their
confirmation letter, which must be paid at the time of registration.

GENERAL INFORMATION
– See the following pages regarding age requirements, compulsory moves, and
freestyle requirements. Warm-up ice will be provided for each group. Skaters and their parent/guardian must check in
the skater at the registration desk at least one hour prior to the skater’s first event and 30 minutes prior to the event
with the ice monitor. Practice ice is not included in the registration fee. Ice will be available for purchase on a first
come, first serve basis. Detailed information will arrive with your confirmation letter and reservations can be made via
e-mail, with payment made at the time of registration. Awards will be made at the photo podium following the posting
of official results.

MUSIC – CD’s standard Compact Disk format only (with Jewel case) will be accepted. CD-RW will not be accepted.  
Music must be clearly marked with the name of the skater, event entered and length of music. All music needs to be
cut to requirement length and on a CD by itself. Music will stop within 10 seconds of the referee indicating that the
allowed time has expired. Competition music is to be turned in at the time of registration and picked up after the
skater’s event. All skaters should have a back up cassette or CD. They should bring it with them down to the ice level.
All care will be
taken, but the Burnsville Minnesota Valley Figure Skating Club cannot accept responsibility for unclaimed music.  
Unclaimed music can be returned upon request up to 30 days after the competition at the skater’s expense.
